Allergies are an over response in your immune system, whether it be from food or environmental factors. Allergies occur in both adults, and children, and on-set can occur at any age. SYMPTOMS:
Common symptoms of allergies are nasal congestion, sneezing, coughing, dry mouth, dry eyes, itchy or dry skin, irritability, lack of sleep, poor concentration, or feeling of fatigue and illness. Along with symptoms of allergies, they can also cause secondary illnesses like acne, arthritis, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, headaches, insomnia, PMS, and indigestion, among others. You may not realize that sinus allergies can develop into an infection, so it is important to get treatment before it develops. Allergies and infections can block off the sinus drainage channels, which leads to a buildup of fluid from swelling or inflammation.
